Group Mat Class Schedule
50-minute semi-private mat Pilates sessions in the studio. Only 5 spots available per time slot.
These sessions are fun, nurturing, full-body flows centered on Pilates fundamentals— control, alignment, and core-led strength. Expect thoughtful, supportive sequencing that is challenging and meets you where you are with modifications and hands-on corrections always offered. We'll use props like ankle weights, bands, yoga blocks to challenge and enhance the workout.
